Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Delaware means coming alongside an adolescent on their faith journey and helping them grow. It's about young people experiencing the love of God expressed through Christ and figuring out how to respond. It's the delicate and forgiving practice of Mission and Communion. Our Mission is twofold: to seek and serve Christ and to love our neighbors. And Communion, because we embark on the mission together, with them and with God's help.

Social Media GuidelinesNEW: Social Media Guidelines for the safe and responsible use of social media in youth ministry. These guidelines should be of interest to anyone using social media in the church. The Episcopal Church addressed this issue in an article, "Clergy must navigate traditional boundaries in new social media world. Developing policies is a challenge, observers say." 10/26/2011
